This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to the Zanshin website, web app, phone and desktop apps, the Zanshin Support assistant and the private Zanshin Discord community. If you break it, we may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close your account, as described in the Terms.
1. Security and the platform
Do not:
- hack, or try to gain unauthorised access to, any account, system or data;
- probe, scan or test our systems for vulnerabilities, except under our responsible disclosure policy;
- scrape or crawl the Service, or collect data from it by automated means, except through features we provide, such as data export;
- reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the Service, the apps or the bots, except where the law allows this despite this restriction;
- overload, flood or disrupt the Service, including denial-of-service attacks and excessive automated requests;
- upload malware, or any file designed to harm devices or systems;
- bypass or work around plan limits, rate limits, the free-trial rules or other access controls, including by creating multiple accounts.
2. Accounts
- Do not share your account or your password. One account is for one person.
- Do not buy, sell or transfer accounts or usernames.
- Do not choose a username that impersonates another person, brand or Zanshin staff, or that is offensive or misleading.
3. Commercial use
- Do not resell, sublicense or rent the Service, or any access to it.
- Do not repackage bot verdicts, insights or other output as a signal, alert or advisory service for others.
4. Content
- Upload only content you have the right to use.
- Do not upload illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's copyright, privacy or other rights.
- Do not use the Service for fraud, market manipulation, or any other unlawful financial activity.
5. Community and support conduct
- Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats, or sexual or violent content.
- No selling or promoting signals, courses, "account management", referral or affiliate links. Do not message members privately to sell these.
- Do not share other members' personal information, or private-channel content, outside the community.
- No spam, raids or malicious links.
- Do not abuse our staff, Zanshin Support or the ticket system.
6. Reporting abuse
To report a breach of this policy, email zanshinfounder@zanshintraders.com, or contact a moderator in the Discord. Report security issues under our security policy.
